How do I get rewards?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on nearly everything in the store (see restrictions below). You will get $5 in rewards certificates for every 500 points you collect. rewards certificates are good toward future purchases at Smith's Food and Drug stores.
How do I get my rewards, and when?
Your rewards certificates will be mailed to you every 3 months. See table below for approximate in-home dates:

Over what time period can I get points?
Points accumulate from January 1 to December 31. There is no limit to the number of rewards certificates you can get in a year. Points do not carry over from year to year and any remaining points at the end of the year reset to zero. See examples below:

Yes! The rewards program incorporates all the benefits of your Fresh Values card, with the addition of rewards.
Where can I update my information if I move and change my email address?
Stop by any Smith's store, go to Smithsfoodanddrug.com, or call 1-800-764-8897.
*Restrictions:
Accumulate points in every department except fuel, prescriptions, Kroger or Smith's gift cards, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit passes, fees, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster, alcohol, tobacco, and any products prohibited by law. You will earn points on purchases of gift cards other than gift cards from Kroger or Smith’s.

The Smith’s Baby Club makes saving easy by simply having the cashier scan your Fresh Values card.
The Point System It's as easy as . . .
Enroll your Fresh Values card. Have cashier scan your Fresh Values card and the bar code on a Baby Club Application (Baby Club Application - available at your local participating Smiths's Food and Drug) .
Enroll today and earn 50 bonus points!
For every $1 you spend on baby products you can earn 1 point. *Receive 2 bonus points for every dollar spent on Kroger Private label items. Watch the points accumulate on your receipt.
Accumulate 200 points and receive a $10 reward certificate to use on a future shopping trip. The $10 Reward will print on the bottom of your receipt when your accumulated points are 200.

If you are on WIC...sign up for the Baby Club and buy all your baby forumula, baby food, etc at Smiths and earn money.
Photo Club
The Smith’s Photo Club makes saving easy by simply having the cashier scan your Fresh Values card.
Here's how it works . . .
Enroll your Fresh Value Card. For every $1 you spend in the photo department such as: film, processing, cameras, frames, and photo albums you will earn 1 point. Watch the points accumulate on your receipt. Accumulate 50 points and receive a reward certificate for "Free" film processing (up to $5.99) to use on a future shopping trip. The reward certificate will print on the bottom of your receipt when your accumulated points are 50.
Pet Club
The Smith’s Pet Club makes saving easy by simply having the cashier scan your Fresh Values card. Donations to date total $30,000.
Here's how it works . . .
For every $1 you spend on pet products you can earn 1 point. Watch the points accumulate on your receipt. Accumulate 100 points and receive a $9 reward certificate to use on a future purchase on pet product. The $9 Reward will print on the bottom of your receipt when your accumulated points are 100.
For every $9 certificate that you redeem, Smith's will give one dollar to animals in need. The Pet Club will save you money, and also gives you an opportunity to help animals that need attention.
Remember, every time you use your Smith's Fresh Value Card to buy pet products, you're not only making a difference on grocery bill, but in the life of an injured animal or homeless pet.
