I was warned that taking anything out of the bins here is a fineable offense.  something about identity protection. SO I guess I'm just going to buy my papers (only .75 each) and ask around about left overs. I think my mistake was calling the recycle center to ask first because DH said "I don't think that's legal remember that lady was fined for curb shopping on the fall pickup??"  |
