I'm not familiar w/ the three stores you named. The only time I find a good deal at Target is when I see it posted on HCW. Pretty much the same w/ WalMart, as I avoid it like the plague, unless I see a good deal posted at HCW, that I just have to have. lol.

Do your grocery stores ever have 5/$5 or 10/$10 sales, w/ name brand products? When you see that your store is going to have one, start matching up your coupons. If you have an Q that is .50, and your store doubles; a 10/$10 sale will make the item free. So far, I have gotten these items free, after double coupons, when combined w/ a 10/$10 sale; Scott Extra Soft TP, RedPack Tomatoes, SuperPretzels, Aquafresh & Colgate. Probably some others, but I can't think of any right now. Most items I get are .30-.50 after coupons.
