yup. We learned our lesson when our dog broke her chain and got pregnant before we were able to afford the fee. As soon as they allowed us to do it afterwards she was fixed. She had 3 live pups, 1 died trying to get out and 2 died before morning came. I never want to see a dog in that much pain again :( We kept 1 pup and fixed her, the other two went to good homes. Our ferret came to us neutered.
