THE BABIES"R"US RETURN POLICY

For purchases made in any Babies"R"Us store in the U.S.:

Babies"R"Us has a friendly and convenient refund policy that makes exchanging gifts easy for customers. If for any reason the item is returned within 90 days of the date of purchase (45 days for VHS/DVD returns) along with the receipt, we will gladly help a customer choose an alternative item or refund their money. If you return merchandise without a receipt, Babies"R"Us will give you store credit for the lowest sales price within the last 30 days.

FOR RETURNS WITH A RECEIPT:
To make the process easier and faster, please follow these easy steps:

1. Bring your dated purchase receipt. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. For your convenience, we also offer gift receipts for any item purchased, at any time.

2. Please keep all packaging and accessories. To help us quickly process your return, please bring all original packaging, accessories and instruction manuals back to the store, along with the product you are returning. We will check the contents of all returned packages to ensure that you receive the correct item in exchange for the product you wish to return.

3. Please return items within the appropriate time period. For most products sold at Babies"R"Us stores, we will be happy to exchange items within 90 days of the purchase date or offer you a refund based on your method of payment when accompanied by a dated receipt.


FOR RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT:

• A driver's license or other valid form of identification is required. Valid forms of identification accepted at Babies"R"Us include:
  • State ID
  • Military ID
  • Passport
  • Resident Alien ID
• The refund will be given as a merchandise credit only.
• The refund will be given for the lowest promotional price within the last 30 days.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.
• For residents in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island ONLY:
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED FOR CT, MA OR RI SALES TAX

Return Guidelines for VHS/DVD Items
We will accept returns of VHS and DVD items within 45 days of the purchase date. The original dated receipt is required for a refund or exchange, and the item must be returned in its unopened and factory sealed package. If the item has been opened, it can only be exchanged for an identical item. Refunds and exchanges will not be given without a dated receipt.
