Why don't I receive coupons in the mail as do other customers?

Some customers opt not to receive mailings from Shaw's when they apply for their Rewards Card. If you are unsure as to whether you opted in to receive mailings, please provide us with your Rewards Card number, name and address so that we can check our system.

If you opted in please be aware that, our marketing department occasionally targets particular areas/customers who will receive certain coupons and promotions. As a result, different customers may receive different coupons at different times.
