I got excited about the Lenders coupon, too, but I don't think it applies to the current sale.

The Publix coupon is for the fresh bagels (22 oz) that are on the shelf with the regular bread.

The sale, according to the flier, is for the refrigerated ones that are around 14.5 oz.

The manufacturer coupon is for any type.

Overage is YMMV. The register doesn't prevent it at the stores near me. I've had occasions where the cashier just rang the coupons and all was well. I've had other occasions when the cashier/manager realized there would be overage and so said I wasn't allowed to use both coupons.
