Sally | It means the you have filled a script at Rite Aid (for example).
You have x refills left. It can be one or 20.
You either call or take an old bottle of the script to CVS. They call the other pharmacy to get the OK to move it.
You pick it up and present the gc coupon, pay any copay, and get the gc.
