Default New resident coupons question

My husband and I just bought a home, and a lot of the local retailers responded by mailing us coupons!

The "welcome to the neighborhood" packet from Safeway includes various high-value store coupons on specific items plus a coupon for $10 off my next purchase of $50 or more. Requires use of the club card, too.

The coupon says "Total value of any purchase made with this coupon must equal or exceed total value of coupon" and "coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer." What I'm trying to figure out is whether that means I can't use MQ's or the other store coupons in conjunction with the $10 off coupon. For example, would I be forbidden from buying $50 worth of stuff, presenting the $10 off coupon, and then presenting other MQs or store coupons?
