Kroger has been doing this for awhile now, but in my experience, it's always been $.05 per bag. And, they've always just asked me how many bags I brought with me...if it's a lot, they don't tend to sit there and count, they just take me at my word. I've re-used both the plastic and the canvas bags.  |
