I have a great manager at my RA. He has the clerks write out the raincheck with FAR, and when it comes in he will ring it through. I love not having to deal with entering the receipt or making extra calls. I have never had a problem with one of my rainchecks even when he is not there. Now the rebates I faxed in because they didn't show up when I entered my receipts is a different story. Still waiting for them to verify. |
