I'm in Lakeland, Florida and my
Winn-Dixie wouldn't accept IPs also.
Good thing I only had two of them at that time! However, this is very frustrating to us Q-ers! The lady told me it was because of all the fraud.
Also in our
Walmarts here in central Florida, they have refused to take any IPs. They got a memo in last week & will no longer accept them.
Sooooo, guess we're a little out of luck and have to stick with blinkies, peelies and inserts from now on.
