I do understand what you are saying, but in order to trade you have to confirm that you have read and will abide by the rules. From the Trading Rules:
"To help protect our members HCW instituted a bad traders listing. This list will only be viewable to registered members and include the bad traders user id and partial address.
By participating in a trade with another HCW member you agree to this information being made public on the board. "
These people have agreed to this and CHOSE to trade and violate their end of the agreement. Therefore there are consiquences that they agreed to. Anyone who doesn't like this has the right to not become a trader on this board. |
