In my experience a transfer is on any prescription that has a refill. It doesn't matter if there are 15 more refills or just one more left on it- it's still transferring an existing prescription that has one (or more) refills still on it.
The only way it's not a transfer is if it's an Rx from from the dr and you're like handing them the Rx to get it filled right then. If it's already there at some pharmacy and has atleast one more refill on it- you can transfer it to somewhere else and that's a transfer. :) |
