I went and got 9 this morning. That is all that was on the shelf. Spit out the $2 per cats like a charm. the cashier was really nosey though - didn't want to tell her TOO much because I want to come back to the store after they restock lol!
My mom hit 2 other local stores and the shelf was empty.
In general, Tops policy for rainchecks is 6, but my mom had no trouble getting one for 10 at the store that usually enforces the 6 limit, probably because the ad is 10/$10.
