I got mine in the mail today. It is in a white envelope with Herbal Essences return address. It does say "your free mani or pedi voucher enclosed" and "just for you, from Herbal Essences" under my address, and "Look inside for details . . .". Hope that helps.
I followed the directions for redemptions, and there were no venues for Louisville yet, or many of what I would call major cities in the US. I called the number given and they will get back to me in a business week with a possible venue. I think they are setting these up as they go, like the Walgreens Spa Rewards last year. The offer is valid until 1/31/09, so they need to get these taken care of quickly. |
