I spend most of my grocery dollars at MB since they have the best overall prices by a long shot, but since Shaw's and S&S double coupons and have the occasional outrageously good deal, I keep an eye on them. Hannaford I occasionally stop by if they've got a good meat sale, but otherwise they don't really have much going on for me.
