 Coupon policy???
I have from time to time used a Publix coupon and a manufacture coupon when shopping at Publix. A cashier is who told me this was allowed. That has been a while ago. With last week’s smart balance deals, and yogurt I tried this again. the first time it went great!! The next day.. they treated me like I was a criminal and a child.
The cashier brought a manager over. He said it was not allowing her to use my q because I was doubling them. I know that was a lie. It never beeped she was just read looking them over and telling me I could only use 4 qs’s on the yoguart because I had only bought 4.
As I was leaving the cashier over and over again just kept saying only one coupon per item, only one, just one... pointing the while time as I was tring to leave. The manager ok me to buy my items this time, but said they would not allow it again.
I have called corporate and waiting on a call from the store manager. My question for him is to find out about the policy in regards to mgr q's and Publix q's. How is this going to go? Has anyone been in my shoes before?
I swear I need to go to the store.. but thinking about going to another Publix (I have no idea where the next one is that is close to me). Should I call ahead if I go to a store to ask about the policy. |
