I have used the P&G esaver coupons in addition to manufacturers coupons at my local Kroger but I am unsure if that it is chainwide policy.
For example: The Tide Total Care was on sale for 5.99. I used a manufacturer coupon for 1 (which doubles to 2 off at my local Kroger!) off plus the P&G esaver for 1 off which made it only 2.99!
