Hard Time with 200% Guarantee I purchased Lowes Brand Ice Cream Cones a couple weeks ago. We really were not enjoying them as much as the brand name I usually buy, then I just happened to notice the 200% Quality Guarantee on the box. I took it back to Lowes, told them how my family felt and asked how the Guarantee works. She told me I had to have my receipt, then she could do it. I usually throw my receipts in a drawer and told her I would look.
I went through half my "junk" draw and could not find it  -- meanwhile I was getting more unhappy :frown: with their policy. Why should I have to produce the receipt when it is obvious it is THEIR product!!
Has anybody had any experience with their 200% Guarantee? Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
