I have also returned products that were "bad" with no problems, but never tried to return anything we didn't like the taste of. I have also run into the rude checker when I inquired about the "Double Back" guarantee, as it wasn't offered up. Got a snear, and was told to "pick up two then." (of the returned items). Not too nice, got judged, got snipped at. I decided I would let a manager-type person know when I got home, but there was NO PHONE NUMBER listed in the directory. Called directory assistance, and was told the same thing ... no listing! I also agree with the lack of any kind of 'courtesy desk' ... I was apologizing over and over to the people I held up while I inquired with the checker about my returned item. Prices are good, courtesy is not! Thanks to the member who mentioned the bad pudding ... I'd also add spaghetti sauce to the 'icky' list.  . Bottom line:  ASK FOR THE DOUBLE BACK GUARANTEE |
