I got a $2 Kingsford charcoal coupon in a booklet (mailer, actually) from Kroger- It's a "valued customer" booklet they send every 4-6 weeks to customers that spend a lot on their Kroger card.

I was not the one responsible for the incomplete entry in the database, I promise!
