Okay... sometime in the early 90s I worked Tomball Night in the booth fingerprinting any child whose parent wanted the child identification package from Tomball PD. It was a lot of fun and a great community spirit!
Now, I don't remember any sales, but I wasn't looking either. How would you go about finding out about the sales if you were not in the Tomball area? I am in Spring and can make it to "four corners" in less than thirty minutes with hitting the lights. I would love to take advantage of this opportunity with a little bit of prep time.
