WAGS coupons do not count. Only manufacturers' coupons do. Really the only time I run into a problem of needing a filler is if I have a coupon for every item and want to use a RR.

Crazy me I actually forgot about this the other day so I grabbed my favorite filler after every thing was rung up and the RR beeped-WAGS individual tissue packs for .29. Luckily they are right at the checkstand, are cheap, and never go bad. Plus I like having them stashed everywhere (in the diaper bag, my purse, the van, etc) since I have 3 kids. Eventually I may need to find a new filler as I probably have 10-15 of them in my stockpile.
