At my store they don't take IP's either. As far as the DND's it just depends. At the you scan registers they will double/triple. Just because they "will" triple doesn't mean that they should and I believe your cashier was correct in that the store is only going to get reimbursed faced value. Our registers are set up to double/triple them, but part of the cashiers job is to look for DND and the expiration dates. It bites, I know. You put a lot of hard work into it. Sorry! |
