Save Leftover Wine
Do you have a little wine leftover that you are just not going to use before it goes bad? Don’t toss it down the sink! Instead pour the leftover wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Then empty the tray into a resealable freezer bag and store in the refrigerator. When a recipie for soups, sauces, casseroles or salad dressings call for a little wine, pull out your frozen wine cubes and add to your dish!
